Captivated by Royal Family Grandeur

The terms “Grandeur” and “Royal” go hand in hand and this cannot be argued.

I have always admired the importance of the Royal Family, whether it be in terms of history, military or social standings.

Nowadays the Royals do not have absolute powers however the monarch still retains many “Royal Prerogatives”. This is important in society today as it means that it protects democracy as no one can simply seize power.

Before I continue talking more politics, I’ll stop…

Back to the grandeur that I am so envious of, the styling of Royal members is what I am so fascinated by. You have to agree that the idea of being addressed Lordship or Your Grace, or the title of Duke, Earl, or Viscount would be a great feeling.

Maybe it’s because I am now entering adulthood, completing university with the end resulting in post-nominals (I will do another post on which ones mean what). That I am becoming more aware of how people see you in the public eye. Either it be Mr, Dr, Sir or the “The Right Honourable”. And now that I know it is very unlikely/ impossible for me to wrangle my way into Royal Family, I am looking into the reasons people are addressed with such entitlement and way to do the same.

I would like to see if people are fascinated by impressiveness of the Royal titles compared to usual that are used in everyday and peoples opinion on if they really matter?
